Jooby Indoor Gateway LoRaWAN 502 EU
Gateway for data collection in LoRaWAN networks
Jooby Indoor Gateway LoRaWAN is a base station designed to receive data from radio modules and transmit it to the server. The device operates using LoRaWAN technology and can use up to 8 available channels, enabling stable data collection over long distances with minimal power consumption by the radio modules.
The 502 EU model is designed for sites where data transmission is performed via Ethernet without using LTE connectivity. The device is powered via Ethernet using PoE technology, which simplifies connection and reduces the number of separate cables during installation. Thanks to industrial-grade components, the gateway ensures reliable operation, data protection, and remote management via a web interface.
Mounting hardware and accessories are included in the package, simplifying installation and ensuring secure fixation of the device. At the customer’s request, the gateway’s functionality can be expanded with additional technical solutions.

HOW IT WORKS
Gateways operate in a cellular network and it is optimal to place them in areas with the highest concentration of radio sensors. For example, if the gateway is used to collect and transmit meter readings, it should be placed near a residential complex. The base station will receive data from radio modules that read meters and then automatically transmit the information to them. In turn, the gateways send the collected data to the end server. The data transmission is performed over a LoRaWAN network.
