Jooby Outdoor Gateway LoRaWAN 300 EU
Gateway for data acquisition in LoRaWAN networks
Designed to receive data from radio modules, the Jooby Outdoor Gateway LoRaWAN takes the required information and transmits it to a server. The gateway receives the data via the LoRaWAN wireless network and then sends it to the server for converting and further processing.
Reliable data protection is provided by the gateways’ industrial-grade components, while a series of mounts and accessories ensure its convenient operation. Special technical solutions can be included in the bundle at the customer’s request.
The device can use up to 8 available LoRaWAN* channels for operation. This model is not equipped with a backup battery.

HOW IT WORKS
The gateways operate within range of a cellular network, being positioned near a cluster of radio modules that accumulate a variety of information. For example, the gateway could be installed near a residential complex, where radio modules are used to collect data from resource meters (water, gas & electricity). Data is gathered by the radio modules and transmitted to the gateway over the LoRaWAN network. The gateway then sends the received information to the destination server for data processing. LAN is also used to transfer data from the gateway to the server.
