Ultrasonic water meter

The JOOBY JWM ultrasonic water meter is a high-end device for precise measuring of cold and hot water consumption in different types of buildings, such as residential, offices, or industrial facilities. The device utilizes an ultrasonic technology for continuous measuring without the need for moving parts. It has a two-row LCD for easy data readings and can be connected to LoRaWAN or IoT networks to monitor water consumption in real time. 

In addition, the device features reliable batteries and expanded functionality, which includes a readings archive, event log, and alarm log. It will alert you about leaks, pipe ruptures, reverse flow and other problems.

Nominal water consumption for this model is 6.3 m3/h.

How It Works

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

The meter is installed with special mounting fittings and cap nuts of an appropriate size. Once mounted and filled with water, the meter is activated automatically and can be connected to the LoRaWAN network to transmit water consumption readings to an accounting system.

The device can store hourly water consumption readings for three months and daily readings for up to two years in a dedicated log. The same log can also store 256 latest events or alarms.

The meter is powered by two individual batteries with a voltage of 3.6 V and a battery life of 15 years.
