Pulse radio module sensor
The Jooby pulse radio module sensor is designed for automatic reading of pulses from the HIDROCONTA hidroJet water meter and transmitting them to the metering system via the LoRaWAN wireless network.
The module is equipped with an energy-efficient battery that ensures at least 10 years of autonomous operation, provided that data is transmitted 4 times per day.
The data is processed and displayed in a unified metering system, enabling prompt monitoring of resource consumption. Logging with hourly and daily granularity is provided.
The data transmission frequency is configured via a mobile application in the range from once per hour to once per day.
The device is covered by a warranty:
– 24 months for retail sales;
– up to 60 months (5 years) for projects.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The Jooby pulse radio module is installed near metering devices using a cable tie or fastened to the wall with self-tapping screws. The radio module is connected to utility meters (water, gas, heat, electricity) using the appropriate sensor.
To activate the radio module sensor, place a magnet against the corresponding marking on the housing for 7 seconds. The activation process will start after 120 seconds. To transmit the current readings from the utility meter, simply hold the magnet near the housing for a few seconds opposite the specially marked “MAGNET” zone. Instant readings can also be sent using the touch button.
The entire radio module installation process takes only a few minutes and does not require removing the meter. After activation, the radio module is ready for operation: the device reads the pulses generated by meters or sensors. At a specified interval, the device transmits data via the LoRaWAN wireless network to the server, where it is converted into readings.
For reliability, the data is stored in the device’s own non-volatile memory.
