The project’s primary objective was to provide radio modules for 11,000 subscribers of the joint-stock company Odesagaz and set up an automatic reading collection system to optimize the operator’s consumption tracking costs and simplify the detection of leaks and tampering.
Since 2016, the joint-stock company Odesagaz has been remotely collecting the readings from all its meters.
The remote collection of readings enables the utility company to track gas consumption, and promptly balance accounts and draw reports.
The gas supplier's consumption tracking costs were optimized, and subscriber payment collection rose by 20%.
With a smart tracking system at its disposal, the company saw a drop in utility theft and started quickly identifying gas leaks.
Jooby Avenue’s smart luminaires light streets, parks, roads, bridges, and thermal power plants in Ukraine, Switzerland, and Denmark. Radio modules for utility meters and the Jooby RDC Dashboard solution enable automation of water, gas, heat, and electricity consumption tracking with minimal infrastructure investments.
